I always stress the importance of presentation when it comes to selling your home successfully.  Presentation of Price, the Property itself, and the Marketing.

Majority of buyers today are ONLINE..., and very likely they are on the MLS first (multiple listing service, on www.mls.ca or www.realtor.ca) in their search for their next home.  The MLS has come a long way and is now one of the most powerful and effective home selling database network.

So, what does that mean to you as a seller?  Make your home stand out on the MLS.  The MLS allows Realtors to upload 20 pictures, links for Virtual Tours and additional pictures, so it is imperative that these tools are used.

Now, just think back on the last time you were on the MLS, and notice which listings "turns you off"?  The ones with tAnd which listings turned you on to think about booking a viewing of the property?  Exactly....

This is what I emphasize on selling homes.  I work with Sellers on staging their home to give it the best presentation possible.  This involves a personal consultation on ideas and a game plan on decluttering the home, depersonalizing the home, and staging it to sell to the widest general market of buyers possible.  And when the property is prepared, the work is only half done.  What comes next is equally as important which is the Professional Photography and Virtual Tours.  Beautiful Crisp Pictures and Virtual Tours will make your listing STAND OUT.
