We work with Mortgage Specialists who will do an analysis for you to help you determine what you qualify for in terms of financing and if you think you need a plan to get the house you want, we will work out a customized Mortgage Plan to help you. After determining the ceiling price that you can qualify for, we will then help you secure a Mortgage Preapproval. And here is where it gets very exciting, it's time to hunt for "My House".
Existing Home Owners, Want to Upsize.
Currently own a home, but would like to get something bigger? In Today's Calgary Market, there is definitely an abundant supply of houses to choose from. But have you sold your current house yet? Will you need to? Do I want to keep my current house as a Rental Property or just Sell it? Will I need the equity from the house to buy my bigger house? We find it just as important to have a Mortgage Specialist work out an analysis of your current financial situation to help determine your choices. You may be able to keep your house while starting out your Real Estate Portfolio by keeping and renting out your current house. Or you may just need to sell it first. When you own a house now, it is just as important to get the numbers crunched up for you so you can make a better, more informed and educated decision. Houses in today's market may take a long time to sell, some even longer than 6 months or a year, so it pays to determine where you are at financially, and see if it would make sense to sell and rent, sell first or buy, or just buy.
